Lisa-Marie Adorno is the Founder and CEO of Transcendere Consultancy, where she designs and delivers transformative coaching and training programs focused on leadership, learning and development, team effectiveness, intercultural competence, and diversity, equity, & inclusion. She partners with corporate, nonprofit, and public sector clients to drive sustainable behavior change, strengthen team effectiveness, and build culturally intelligent inclusive and authentic workplaces.

An ICF-certified coach with a Masters in Business Administration specializing in Intercultural Global Competencies, Lisa-Marie is certified in DISC, Gallup’s –  CliftonStrengths, iPEC’s- Energy Leadership, Patrick Lencioni -5 Behaviors of a Team and Cornell’s DE&I. She specializes in executive coaching, 360-degree feedback, and employee engagement strategies, learning and development program design and facilitating. Drawing from her global experience living and working abroad, she brings a dynamic, culturally grounded, and engaging approach to leadership and learning & development programs.


Judy von Kalinowski – Coach & Leadership Development Facilitator

Judy von Kalinowski is a seasoned coach and facilitator who helps individuals and teams unlock growth, shift perspectives, and lead with clarity and confidence. At Transcendere Consultancy, she supports clients in navigating personal and professional development through reflective, strengths-based coaching.

With over 30 years of experience in human resources and labor relations, Judy brings deep expertise in leadership development, conflict resolution, and organizational effectiveness. She is a certified professional coach with advanced training in mediation and diversity and inclusion, creating impactful, people-centered coaching experiences that foster lasting growth.


Monique Adorno-Jimenez – Bilingual DE&I and Leadership Trainer

Monique Adorno-Jimenez is a bilingual DE&I and leadership trainer specializing in cultural competence, education equity, and organizational change. At Transcendere Consultancy, she designs and facilitates programs that strengthen inclusive leadership, foster belonging, and support equitable systems within organizations and communities.

With a background in education and organizational leadership, Monique combines her experience in college access initiatives with expertise in the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) to guide clients in deepening cultural awareness and driving meaningful change. She is known for building collaborative partnerships and delivering actionable strategies that support diverse teams and communities.


Cristi Alonso – Coach
Cristi Alonso is a professional coach who supports individuals in leading authentically and aligning their personal and professional lives with purpose. As part of Transcendere Consultancy, she works with clients to strengthen self-awareness, navigate challenges, and create meaningful growth.

With over 30 years of experience as a business owner leading diverse teams, Cristi brings a practical, grounded perspective to her coaching. She is committed to helping clients step into their authentic selves and build lives and careers that reflect their values.
